GL500
Dealers abuse
I drive a GL500, purchased it in 2014 from dealer GARGASH Dubai, now after driving it 4000km only I feel a knock in the steering at bumps and braking, neither the dealer in Dubai nor in Iraq is doing anything on warranty, bearing in mind that this problem has been there from day one. Total ignorance...

dealer abuse
The warranty expires April 2017...
There is a fault with the steering assembly, and has been there since day one. the dealer suggests that they replace the assembly and charge me for it!!

That is outrageous. I would contact Mercedes corporate. They may be able to help you.
