I was driving down the road today and had a cup in the front cupholder and heard a loud POP. It turns out the "tensioner" snapped and I was able to pull it right out.

1- Does anyone know this part number (trying to save myself a trip to the dealer).
2- Has anyone had to replace this part that could provide a brief synopsis of how to do it? I would imagine if I just start pulling at some pieces in the area, trim will start un-popping.

Not sure if you require the entire console piece or not and if not you should be able to find what you need here.

FWIW, MB is replacing this under warranty. Good thing, b/c the cupholder retails for over $700!
