2) A lot depends on your relationship with your service adviser.
3) Any ECU tuning, if they do any forensics, they can find out if you changed the mapping or not.
4) That being said, you can run a tuned ECU, the swap to stock when you go to the dealer. They can still find out. You can either do a handheld tuner and flash it to stock when you bring it to the dealer and then flash it to tuned afterwards. Or you can get an extra ECU and have one stock ECU and one tuned ECU. The handheld tuner is much easier and cheaper.
Many run tuned M157 engines (E63, CLS63, S63, G63) with no issues. Renntech is another one which some dealers offer.
Long story short - yes it will void your warranty (if something goes wrong with your engine/turbos) if the dealer decides to deny you.
How many miles on your engine?

Nitto 285/35/24
Was worried it was going to rub because all the shops recommend 275/30/24. Wanted more cushion meat on side walls so I went with 35 series sidewall and a little wider. No rubbing. I guess it depends on offset and that is the key to rim fitment.
I know that I’m late to the show here but just took my 2014 GL63 AMG to have discount tire fit the biggest tires on the 24x10 black wheels that I just purchased for it. They wouldn’t even sell me the 285/35r24’s that they have in stock due to being under the OEM index. I tried to see if they’d do 295/35r24 and they could sell and install but since it’s under the 111 OEM Index Rating; the wouldn’t sell me the certificates for warranty. Are you having any issues with your size tires after having driven it for a while. Did they hold the vehicles weight without premature/incremental deflation? Any thoughts would help. The chain tire company’s who offer warranties with new sets seem not to want to install anything under factory OEM.
By the way the wheeler is well put together. How is it holding up (if you still have that is)?
Any thoughts would help.
Take a look.
About to chrome delete the GL 63 AMG.
24”x10” with a +32 offset that I have to find tires for and closest to index as possible.
