Lane tracking package
Driver/passenger multi contour seats
ventilated/ heated front seats
Pano roof
Heated steering wheel
soft close doors
power easy entry
rear side airbags
open bore brown ash trim
trailer hitch

MSRP of 93275.
has 53K miles though
purchasing for 45.5K CPO

high mileage as driven for 2 years and 4 months. hopefully highway miles.
VMI showed service every 10K and O2 sensor repair/replace.

Seems reasonable to me esp with CPO. Can you also negotiate/purchase the ELW? Car fax available?
For comparison purposes my 2015 GL 350 (loaded similar to yours) sold ( in March) for $42,500 without CPO as far as I know, and at 58k miles. If you do consider purchasing ELW call Jeff Jackson at Talfel Motors in Louisville. He most often quotes the best price. That said, I’m not certain that you can buy the MBenz ELW at over 50k miles.

If the truck is CPO, then he can add on an extra 2 years at his cost during the purchase transaction, even if it is already outside of the original factory warranty.

Dealer did change all tires/ mount and balance.
completed service A, change spark plugs for CPO process.
Carfax available, one owner and prior lease.
I spoke with Jeff Jackson too for CPO ELW and he has the best price.

almost ready to pull the trigger for this.? just a little bit worried about mileage.

Sounds like a reasonable price, I would try to the dealer to throw in the next two maintenance, I think I have seen that on some CPO models. The 50,000 service is a biggie.

This is likely the best equipped 2016 you'll find for the price. I wouldn't worry about the mileage especially with the CPO and ELW. Probably won't be on the lot much longer.
