Hard shift from 1st to 2nd
Wife's truck so I don't drive it often. Is this normal? My X166 usually starts in 2nd gear and so it is smooth. Every now and then, it starts in 1st and I notice a hard shift into 2nd gear. All else normal.
I also have the off road package which gives me a beefier transfer case but not sure if that changes shifting characteristics?

I’m also having this exact same issue on my 17 w205. It’s weird for sure and I’ve also tried resetting but it didn’t seem to do anything. I’m planning on leaving it alone. Hopefully it doesn’t cause any long term damage or anything.
