MAF and Intake Air Temp issues GL350 bluetec

Hey folks -- any thoughts on testing the MAF on my 2013 GL350 bluetec diesel? I'm trying to find specs for the pins so maybe I can test with a multimeter. Another option might be swapping left/right sides to see if the codes also move.

What seems a little odd to me is that BOTH the MAF and temp sensor have gone out. I know the 2 are in a single unit but do these both generally go out at the same time or is it more common to just have the temp go OR the MAF go? I ordered some new air filters and am going to tear into it tomorrow but aside from swapping left/right and inspecting for any wiring damage at the connector I don't have info to further test with a multimeter or something.

THESE FIVE CODES ARE RECURRING AFTER CLEARED
p0110 IAT
p0113 IAT high
(the above map to the following two mercedes codes I'm sure but not sure which is which)
161800 The signal of component 'B2/7b1 (Right intake air temperature sensor)' is implausible.
161700 The signal of component 'B2/7b1 (Right intake air temperature sensor)' is implausible.
168D00 This function is not yet supported by the control unit.
p0102 101500 The lower limit value of component 'B2/7 (Right hot film mass air flow sensor)' has been reached. [or EGR cooler switchover valve overtemp]
p0100 100D00 The lower limit value of component 'B2/7 (Right hot film mass air flow sensor)' has been reached.

THESE CODES HAVE NOT COME BACK AFTER CLEARING
16E100, 16DA00
131E00 Control deviation during rail pressure regulation due to tank run empty
156000 The negative control deviation during exhaust gas recirculation control is too high.
