Off Road Package?
Having trouble searching for GL'S with the off road package, I need the low range transfer case and the height adjustable suspension, is there a specific option package you have to order to get the package? Looking at 15-16 model years.

I don’t believe that GL listed actually has the Off Road Option. Easy way to tell is that it should have another dial in the center console that controls the Off Road features. The pictures show a standard console with the open tray. In front of the arm rest. I have a 2013 with the Off Road Package.

No off road


as stated look on center console for extra dial as without it it’s a small spot to place small items.

Option code should be 430 so running VIN using datamb.com can help confirm it for some reason there is no pic.

Very helpful I will look for the second dial in the photos, proving to be a very rare option but something that is a must on my option list.

In the Mercedes system - for 15/16 GL450/GL550 with Off-Road Package there are total 7 today - and if you are earnest in your search - I suggest you use the PHONE - connect with a salesperson - tell salesperson you don't want spam cals or spam emails - request them to email you the price & MB spec sheet & details CPO coverage & CarFax - 6 calls and you will have your info - from that info you can choose to narrow your search to the best target in your mind - don't waste time on internet inquiry

(2) 15 GL450 - Newport Beach + Draper UT
(1) 15 GL550 - Greenland NH
(2) 16 GL450 - Draper UT - Convington LA (Louisiana)
(2) 16 GL550 - Roselyn NY - Ashland NC
