Spark plug \ Wiper recommendations
I’m looking to replace wipers and spark plugs on the GL550, any suggestions on brands\type?
What is best for the 550 – Double Platinum or Double Iridium? I get the impression that it’s more of a sales gimmick.

Get the OEM plugs that are specifically for your truck. Buying aftermarket for plugs rarely works out well. For wiper blades that clear beautifully, are silent, and last years instead of months, try the PIAA SI-Tech.
