Lifting Mercedes GL550 x166 with QuickJack BL-7000SLX

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone successfully using QuickJack BL-7000SLX with Mercedes GL x166. According to the ECS Tunning website listings this QuickJack model does fit with the Mercedes GL550, 2014.
Here is the link: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-quickjac...k=AAAAAAUGAQEB. However, I have a doubt it will work even though it is very tempting to purchase. Here is why, Mercedes GL x166 jack points/pad distance is 76" based on my measure, while QuickJack BL-7000SLX maximum lifting point spread is 60" Here are the specs: https://www.quickjack.com/quickjack-features.html

As a result, I'd like to learn if anyone successfully using QuickJack BL-7000SLX or 5000SLX to lift Mercedes GL x166 models and suggest how it is possible with this QuickJack. Please share. Thank you in advance!

I am still trying to find out what are the options. I've talked to the QuickJack customer service, they suggested to use it with pinch welds on GL. However, I am not sure if the pinch welds can be used for lifting and it is safe. Any help is highly appreciated!

I was told by Quick Jack that the slx works on the GL when I gave them the measurements (jack point to jack point). My problem is what about my smaller vehicles? The SLX may only work for the GL and not an es350 or anything else I get in the future.

It is interesting why they said that since SLX can only handle 60" while Mercedes GL jack point to jack point distance is 76". Did they mention how they expect QJ to be used with GL model?

Has anyone successfully used the QuickJack with a GL X166? I want to use the stock jack points (which are 76" apart). Has anyone successfully used a different scissor lift option?
