W166 Loose interior door handle

W166 Loose interior door handle
Our 2012 ML350 BluTec (W166) has a loose interior door handle on the driver's side. It still works, but wobbles like a screw need tightening or something.
Does anyone have an ideas on how to fit this? If it breaks, can the handle be replaced or is this one of the models you have to replace the door panels to fix?

Probably one of the hinge pins on the silver handle has broken. I have same problem on the rear of my 2013 W166. New handle assy is about $35 (I found price online and dealer matched it). The door panel has to be taken off, and the plastic welds holding the back side of upper panel together have to be taken off (to get to the handle assy) and replaced with small screws and washers when you put it back together. I found a youtube video showing how to do this, but I can't for the life of me find it again. Anyone know where the video is? If I can't find, I'll just try it on my own since I do recall a bit of it.

Update, I just fixed mine. Take the door panel off, there are a bunch of screws holding the handle and wood trim in place, take those off. Then there is a white nylon pin that holds the handle in place as a hinge. Mine just slipped out, just took screwdriver and pushed it back in. Seems secure now. Probably not in all the way at factory. Pretty easy job just make sure to unplug all wires after you release door panel.
