Should I sell my 2013 GL550 4Matic?

2013 GL550 at around 80k miles. A year ago, new cylinder heads were replaced on BOTH sides of the engine due to misfire. It was in the shop for 8 months plus/minus. A few weeks ago, I noticed an oil leak at the passenger side of the engine. It ended up being the passenger Turbo, and Endurance, the extended warranty company is not willing to pay and is requesting the entire engine to be dropped, turbo removed, and wants a "deeper inspection on whats actually damaged". They're very reluctant on covering for this Turbo, even though I have the top-of-the-line coverage, aka "Supreme package". The dealer says there is a risk for me to pay 5k for them to drop the engine if they don't find anything or if Endurance refuses the claim.

Should I simply pay for the turbo replacement, and sell the car?
Has anyone experienced turbo oil leaks on the M278?

Thanks
