Missing Nut Covers for Wiper Arms?

So I recently bought a 2013 GL63 AMG, and as I have been going through fixing little issues with it, I am stumped on something that does not seem quite right. There are 2 exposed nuts securing the passenger side wiper arm, and I have to believe there are covers missing.

The entire area needs to be cleaned up to eliminate the rust spots, re-protected, and then I need to install whatever covers should be there, to stop this from happening again.

Question #1 - can someone post a pic of what the covers should look like?
Question #2 - does anyone know the part number(s) for the covers? They don't seem to show up when I search through any of the Mercedes parts dealer sites. The only thing I see are some sort of rectangle covers, but I do not believe this is what they look like, thus the reason I am asking question #1.

Thanks!

Here you go. They feel like hard rubber/soft plastic to the touch.
