Help! Strange noise coming from front drivers wheel

Hi guys! Need your help in figuring this out. I have a weird noise coming from one of the front wheels (drivers side). I originally thought it was the front bolts being "too long" and scraping the dust shield as it HAS happened before since I was using the wrong spacers. However, my current setup i've used for over a year and it started making a noise in the cold, so I'm pretty sure it's not the spacer/wheel combo.

I've also tested putting on all of the original bolts, without the spacers and same noise. It's a weird noise that occurs only when the car is in motion. It has nothing to do with the motor as it doesn't make a sound during neutral rev.

Help?

Sounds like it increases and decreases with vehicle speed?

I had a similar sound coming from the driver front wheel. Started like yours and then turned into constant screeching noise once the hub warmed up. Replacing the hub assembly fixed it, so must have been the bearing,

Hard to tell in the video but based on the symptoms, I'd say it is the wheel bearings need to be replaced.
