2014 GL350 Blue navigation screen black
Like it says above, the main screen for the radio/navigation is completely black and unresponsive. I have noticed that the power button's backlight does slowly strobe on and off when its dark. It makes me think its not a fuse issue. I've been scouring the forums here and have seen a few suggestions from holding the power button down for 10 seconds, to disconnecting the battery and even replacing the battery. I've tried the 10 second reset with no success, as well as testing the positive and negative leads in the engine bay with one of the guys at an o'reillys. I'm unsure how valid a reading would be without testing directly on the main battery.
What do you guys think about diagnosing this? Thanks

Check both batteries directly as all sorts of weird things happen on these vehicles with marginal batteries.
The main battery is under the front right seat and the secondary is in the rear if you want to test each battery directly. There are lots of guides online with a quick search.
Also, your truck is at the age where they should probably be replaced anyway due to age if that has not been done before.

So I took the car into the dealer and they said the control unit under the screen "went out". I'm unsure if they checked the battery
.
Thank you for the tip, I'll check out the batteries when I can.
