Hello everyone, my GL350 battery died after away for 2 months due to travel restriction and got stuck interstate. I jump started the car with powerbank and connect my Ctek MXS3.8 Charger for about 3days till it completes charging, but then i am having ALL sorts of fault codes and the instrument clusters gauges are all not working (RPM, temp, KM/H, gear shift indicator, reverse parking camera), and all other faults like engine, steering, suspension, basically its everything as shown in the picture. Power windows, trunk, side mirrors, radio are working fine though. I am wondering if i should reset the ECU by removing the battery terminate for like 10mins and reconnect it back, will this reset all the codes? i am sure the car was fine before it looses battery power. But since this car has another auxiliary battery, i am not sure if i need to remove that battery connection as well or i just have to remove the main battery connection located under the driver side seat? would be greatly appreciated if someone has any knowledge on this and i self try first before sending it to workshop for hooking up to their computer. I just placed an order for the Xtool AD10 OBD2 bluetooth dongle to connect to my phone, hoping that it would clear the codes as i never use one before.

Before you head too far down the rabbit hole, ensure that BOTH batteries are fully charged and can hold a charge. As part of this process you'll probably want to disconnect and charge the AUX battery directly.
There are all sorts of weird behavior on these trucks with dead and/or marginal batteries. Once the batteries are solid, then proceed to deal with any other remaining issues.
The Ctek charger has shown the green stage light so i would assume both batteries are fully charged as i hook up the charger for like 3days. i have read somewhere that it will fully charge the main battery first then move on to charge the Aux battery. i do not have a volt meter to test though. Since the last resort is to sent to workshop for reprogramming, i am just thinking self diy way to fix it if possible. maybe tomorrow i shall remove the negative terminal off the main battery for 10mins and reconnect it back and see how it goes.
OK, the batteries were replaced in 2019, maybe. Or maybe 2018. And the main battery was drained. It could be toast. The battery may be damaged, and it's a few years old, and MBs are sensitive to batteries in anything less than perfect condition.
