'13 GL450 Exhaust
My GL450 doesn't have the cool exhaust coming out of the rear of the car. Like I see on the AMG's or even other GL450's. My exhaust tips are hidden from view with no provision of making them shine.
What is the part called below the bumper that is in line with the trailer hitch where the exhaust tips go thru? Where can I buy that piece?
Can I install that piece on the car (I am a mechanic) or is that a Paint & Body shop job? Where can I get the single or dual exhaust tips?

GL550 and GL63 bumpers won't fit the GL450, unless you add fender flares as well. The sides of the bumper are shaped to match the fender flares that come with 550 and 63.
You can try to find a rear bumper for a GL with appearance package - that's the one that has lower valance with exhaust tips. You will not be able to add this part to your existing bumper without some major cutting and adapting - the two bumpers are shaped very differently.
