2013 GL450 dealer service recommendations are expensive - which are necessary?

2013 GL450 dealer service recommendations are expensive - which are necessary?

Took my 2013 GL450 in for its B Service and got back some service recommendations from the dealer. I've brought the car in for regular A and B service as recommended over its entire life and the car runs great (knock on wood). If I add up all the service recommendations, the cost would be high - almost $6,000. I have a sense of what's necessary but leaning on everyone's experience and expertise on the various service recommendations to make sure I'm not missing anything that I should be thinking about. All costs are rounded. Some of these seem high - granted I'm in a major city so labor costs are probably a big part. But $540 for a cracked lens replacement?

Front left and right camshaft covers are leaking oil - $1,500
Poly V belt is worn, replace - $370
Replace spark plugs every 60k miles - $900
Fuel injection service with additional intake cleaner - $360
Fuel filter is due at 150k miles with tank removed - $1,800
Replace air filter - $220
4 wheel alignment with camber bolts - $240
Day time running light lens replacement - $540

Thoughts?

Go to an independent and get a quote on the above items. The only reasonable charges I see is the 4 wheel alignment with camber bolts. The rest of the charges seem very high. At 150k Miles, I would just go ahead and replace the fuel pump and filter.

If you are to do the plugs, they would have to remove the air filter housing anyway. so I think it should be just the parts. And even at dealer prices, they should be around $100. Although the $900 for plugs is a lot. But I paid an independent shop $500 for doing plugs and air filter and supplied my own parts. So if you can talk the dealer into $1k for plugs and filter, that would be OK, but still high.

1k for just plugs+labor is robbery

All the work in independent will cost you about grand or two at most.
