GL 350 catch can and diesel emissions settlement
I have 2014 gl350 where I have installed catch can and return from catch can is routed in air duck before air filter so that air from catch can goes to turbo via air filter. Does any one has experience if I put car for AEM repair, can dealership deny Warranty due to this arrangement of catch can and return to air duct? thanks for your help!

When I brought my 14 GL 350 in for AEM, I was told they do a thorough inspection first for any modifications/changes to the engine.
Seems like they were aware of potential problems with possible denials of service.

Nonetheless, it's probably best to avoid the issue entirely. Get the AEM and then re-install.
