prepaid maintenance and 60k service

Hi, I've a 2014 GL450 which I bought in 2016. At that time, the miles on the car was very low. Around 17k and they have already done the 30k service. I pre-paid for the 3 service pack because it would run into the 40,50,60k service and 60k service has a spark plug service requirement. Even the transmission flush is somewhere in there. So I knew ahead of time, pre-paying would save me money.

Anyway, now I'm at the 80k service interval (or maybe 90k) and the dealership is recommending trans flush and spark plugs. I assured him those should have been done already by a different Mercedes dealership but he pulled up the history and it didn't show up. I went and looked for my 60k service write-up but I can't find it. I found everything else, but the 60k. I may have lost it.

So my question is, if you pre-paid for the services and in the booklet it was a service requirement to change spark plugs, then they would have to have done it right? Not just a regular A / B service? How else can I check if the spark plugs were changed? And also trans flush.

ok ... I'm replying to my own thread. So, finally found my paperwork that says during my B service at 60k miles, the other Mercedes dealership did do the spark plugs. The thing is the one closer to me was telling me I needed to do my spark plugs because they haven't been done when I brought the car there twice for service. He said it wasn't showing up but now says, ok, yeah it was done.

Also they told me I needed to change my engine air filter. I suppose they took off the sock hose inlet thing to take a peak. Well, I didn't notice it before, but when I was swapping it myself (to save $220 or whatever they quoted me), I notice the sock was ripped. I quite sure they ripped it and didn't say anything. Bought this replacement from Amazon for $79. Comes with the right and left. Fit perfectly.

Amazon Amazon

Quoted me $550 or so for a new battery. I'm not sure if the battery was original because the carpet was already cut when I swapped it out. Bought the replacement from Costco for $180. Took me 1/2hr and most of the time was just trying to fit the duct back again for the air outlet. Finally pop out the press fit connector to remove the plate and blower piece. Should have done that the first time.
