Help with airmatic suspension when trying to change wheels
Hello, I recently got a 2016 diesel GL350 and cannot figure out how to set the airmatic suspension to not rise up when trying to replace wheels with a winter set. Whenever I jack up the car, the car raises the corner suspension that I'm trying to change, and I cannot remove the wheel. I tried leaving the door or hood open, but it's the same thing.
Any help please? Is there a button or setting I need to engage before attempting to change the wheel, or a flat tire? Many thanks!

Thank you, there's got to be a simpler way to do this. Disconnecting the battery was probably not what MB had in mind when someone got a flat tire. I'm surprised how little info is available on this topic on the web. Almost no one talks about setting the car in jack mode. Even the manual says nothing about it.

Bla bla bla bla... There is a service mode for airmatic suspension activated in MB Xentry Software... So disconnect your battery or figure out which fuse responsible for airmatic compressor and pull it out...
