2015 GL450
From camshaft phaser noise to lots of codes

Ok I have a 2015 gl450 that I’ve owned for about 4 years and I bought it when it had 20,000 miles and now I think it’s around 111,000 miles. It’s my daily driver. I had NO CODES but on startup the intake cam phaser made noise for a few seconds so I decided to change it. I changed it and the tensioner and the timing is correct according to the TSB on the timing marks at 40 degrees and I have verified this multiple times. Even after I started it up and it ran very rough I reverified the timing because I got code 0016 and 0017 so I thought I didn’t set the timing correctly. I checked it and started it up again and got p053f, p0300, p0303, p0304, p0306, and p1190 along with p0017 and p0019 because I switched the cam sensor from bank 1 to bank 2 to see if it was a hall sensor. I seems like I don’t have fuel pressure and I have a bad cam sensor. I know how to fix the cam sensor but what do I need to do on the fuel??? I need to have it running by tomorrow night so I can drive it to work. Anyone with any experience on this? I USED to love this vehicle but after this, I really regret buying something that when you fix one thing, you break 3 other things that were fine. I’d almost rather have dealt with the cam phaser noise at this point.
