Driver Side Window One-Touch close

our 2015 has been earning a living on Turo for a few months, to reasonable success. The last guest, unfortunately, trashed the car a little - nothing that can't be fixed with a bit of cleaning and some ozone. However, one thing that surprised me is that the driver-side window no longer one-touch closes. It did so fine for as long as we've had the car (2018), it opens one-touch, too. When I manually close it by holding the button, it will close all the way and then slightly reopen, until I close it again. Very peculiar behavior.
My first instinct is that there is a level of resistance in the mechanism because something got jammed. Before I take the door apart (not excited about this, in sub-30 degrees), has anyone seen this behavior before? Any suggestions? I don't see any errors being thrown anywhere...
Thanks all

I noticed a few other things that no longer work how I expect them. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
When folding the second row seats, the passenger seat moves forward on its own to make room. The driver seat no longer moves. Any idea where I can reset this?
Let's say that I've had the need to ventilate the car aggressively since it was last returned, so I pressed the open button on the key long enough for all windows to open. Guess what I didn't expect - the driver-side seat vents also came on, with the ignition off, with all three blue lights on the dash on and everything. Interestingly, though, if I press the button, it doesn't go down to two lights, it switches straight off. It stays on when starting the car.
I think that's all!
Thanks for any feedback (and for all commiserations).
I don't have any ideas for yo on the ventilation issue other than to say that flushing all the hot air from the vents seems like a good feature as does turning on the seat fans (the 3 blue lights?).
