I have a 2011 GL550 it's been properly maintained by a dealership like most of my mercedes are I just got it out of the shop a few weeks ago for new tires and today while driving all my gears show arrows pointing at them when I'm stopped but once i start driving they go away now it's never done this before I had the car for 2 years only has 112k miles so I notice every little thing that's wrong to where I can tell when the car won't pick up speed like it did. Also when I put it in reverse it hesitating to go into drive after pulling out the driveway. Any advice would he much appreciated and thank you in advanced

This is standard fare. A lot of modules get disrupted by marginal conditions. Here we're talking about the ISM: your gear shifter may be actively seeking it's replacement.

Either pay a specialist or buy yourself a good $150 scanner to retrieve your list of active faults.
