You have alot of oil leaking from the common front cylinder cover leak. Maybe other leaks. Clean away all of the oil crust, find and solve your oil leaks.
Hopefully I can help. I am pretty certain the part number the hose assembly is 166-500-88-75. Broke on my 2016 GL450 in the exact same place almost a year ago. The part cost me $49.50 and it was pretty straightforward to replace after figuring out the part number. The tricky part of the replacement is that one end on the hose assembly snakes into the left wheel well where is attaches to a small electric pump. I took the left driver's side wheel, removed the fender liner to get to that part of the hose assembly.
