Rear center headrest

Our rear center headrest looks a bit funny. I think it needs to be replaced, but I'd love to take a closer look first. BUT: I can't work out how to remove it from the seat. Any pointers?

Thank you

Turns out the old Mercedes trick of "just pull on all other panels and hope for the best that no clips break off" worked a treat. The panel behind the arm rest comes off easily and there is a spring that pulls down the headrest...
