Anyone with M278 experience, please listen to this video of a GL550 I'm buying!

A new member here, looking to buy a GL550 tomorrow and hoping for someone to take a look at a cold start video to see if they hear any of the deadly engine noises. I don't have a great baseline sound for one.
I've usually had LS Engines and Toyotas, but always wanted to get into an MB V8 since the E55's. I'm a family man now, and adding a 5th member to the crew means I need that third row.
the one I'm looking at seems to be a unicorn, I just don't know what to think of the video fully!
2014 GL550 68k miles one owner, dealer serviced, and every service interval hit including the 80k.
It's a 4 hour drive to the dealer tomorrow to pick it up. If there are obvious bad noises, let me know so I can save the trip

With that noise I am not buying that car. Sounds like the VVT/tensioner work, and that is not cheap.
Hopefully, the turbo are fine. Just keep this in mind:
1 - full VVT replacement is 4 × @$800 plus labour
2 - turbo coolant lines $$$
3 - camshaft is 4 x 900 plus labour's
AND any used M278 engine MUST be borescoped
