2015 GL450 Driving Lights in bumper

2015 GL450 Driving Lights in bumper
I have the Halogen headlights. Neither of the driving lights (or whatever they are called) work. I cannot find a fuse labeled for driving lights however I did check all fuses and made sure the empty areas where actually not supposed to be fused.
The driving lights are turned on in the settings. I have tried every light setting on the switch, I have coved the senser on the dash, the socket will not energize a test light, I tried energizing the light and even that does not work.
