Sell, probably going to encounter major expenses

Keep, great car routine maintenance will keep it running

To sell or not to sell...that is the question

To sell or not to sell...that is the question
Hi all,
What would you do in my situation?
I've got a 2014 GL63 with 60,500 miles (bought with 25k) and suddenly we have too many vehicles around the house. Something has to go.
If it weren't for the fear of huge maintenance bills, I would not consider getting rid of the GL as my wife loves the car and it has been very good to us. We'd keep it for another 3 years / 60K miles.
I got an instant KBB cash offer for 37K and think I could sell it privately for considerably more. Thoughts?
What's the likelihood of major expenses popping up in the next 60K miles?
I appreciate all your thoughts on how to make the best decision!

65k here.
I was considering the same but we already ate the depreciation, might as well keep it.
I am not sure what can compete with 550 hp (~700 reliable hp with a simple tune), fits 7 adults comfortably, handles extremely well for its size and very safe (so far from what I read there have been no reported deaths in a GL/GLS) - at ~$40k.
I say drive it until it dies.

2019 Mercedes GLE63s AMG Coupe
GLE63s AMG long-term reliability
I appreciate the comments on the 2014 GLE63. I just purchased a GLE63s AMG Coupe. Not knowing the reliability record on this vehicle I purchased the 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty as well. I drive the wheels off my cars so long-term reliability is key to my purchases. One question on the 2014 GLE 63, is it the 5.5L bi-turbo and the 7 speed transmission?

I would consider the GL63 reliable for a Mercedes... and reliable for an AMG. It will cost money to keep it running though without a doubt.
