I purchased a second owner gl63 amg that has been serviced every 5000 miles by a non Mercedes mechanic. No issues leaks or codes therefore none of the Mercedes recommended services besides oil n air have been completed. What are the majors that need done asap?

Yes, engine mounts will be going out soon, you can guarantee that unless they were already replaced. Yes, turbo coolant lines is also a good idea as this is about the time they go out. Cam magnets are a good idea as well as the pigtails. I have a set I purchased a long time ago and just need to get around to installing them. Yes, I've been playing with fire. I think I got them on FCP Euro or Ebay. You also may have to unplug the wiper reservoir filter as the wiper fluid forms a gummy consistency and will clog the filter.
Open your hood....if it has coolant in it....yeah, replace that one. We have also done every fluid (ours is about the same miles but a few years newer - same engine). We also replaced motor/trans mounts.
