Merc GLA 250 2022 Throttle motor failure
I Just got a GLA 250 a month back. the vehicle has less than 2000 miles in it. It suddenly broke down in the middle of the road and had multiple malfunctions in the vehicle. I sent it to the service station and came back to be multiple component failures.
- Throttle motor failure
- Throttle actuator motor failure (Butterfly flap stopped working)
Its just been a month and am not sure how a throttle motor can go bad when it's less than 2000 miles on the vehicle.
I took it to the dealership and got a reply saying, it has never happened before and ended with an apology from them. Thats it.
I am really unhappy with the purchase as i had to change the parts within one month of the purchase. Has any faced such situations and is there anything i can do taking it to the merc sales deaprtment.

So sorry for your trouble. It's pretty unusual to have all of the issues you're having. All of the issues you outlined are covered under your MB warranty so your dealership should repair the issues free of charge.
