Hi - my wife and I both drive her Mercedes GLA250. The app is registered under her email address.
It would be great if we could BOTH have our own registrations for the same car. I assume this isn't possible. Anyone know why?
But what I have noticed in the past month is that I get logged out of the app more frequently than in the past. To me it seems like recently I've been logged out weekly. Does anyone know if there is a frequency to it? Or every app update causes it?
It's a pain because when I log back in, I have to get my wife to read out the 4-digit pin sent to her email address.
You each can have your own account. Your wife as the vehicle owner just has to add you once you have your own Mercedes me ID. You will get your own profile in the car, so you can keep your settings separate from your wife's settings.

Get her to add you as a user using superswiss’s instructions. I am on my wife’s GLB250 and she is on my GLA250.
As for the logout, there is no time clock logging you out. We don’t get logged out on updates, switching from WiFi to cellular, or loss of signal. It’s hard to understand what is happening there. But if you log out of any one of the 3 apps, MB Financial, Mercedes Me, or Mercedes Me Connect it will log you out of all 3 together.
