Mercedes GLA 250 2015
Help with a code 😕 What to do?
I bought a crashed 2015 Mercedes GLA250. It has been repaired but there is no crank on the ignition. I obtain this code from the scanner: code B21DC01, "The Buffer Battery of Electronic Ignition lock have a Malfunction. There is a general electrical fault"

Any resolution? Got a CLA with same problem in front end accident and throwing same code and not starting.

Resolution!
Found out that no start afternoon accident is caused by the ME (engine control module) being locked. You must go into the module with the diag machine (Xentry is the easiest), go to adaptations and reset the one for after crash.
