GLA 250 2016, never asked me for oil change/service
Hi,
I have a GLA 250 and I am driving it for more than 2 years. I never got a message or warning about the oil change, so I never did it. I have about 16000-mile mileage now. Is this normal? Please somebody advice me

The service schedule for all modern MB vehicles calls for an oil change at every 10k miles, so you're past due. I'd probably be a little more worried if the car already had a lot of miles, but it doesn't. I'm pretty sure MB uses synthetic in all their vehicles, so that's also a good thing. I'd still go ahead and get the service done sooner rather than later.
Realistically, what you've done is increased the wear and tear on the engine so that it runs like a car that has more than 16k miles. By how much, I can't say (you'd need an engine oil analysis for that), as driving conditions, long vs short trips, etc. all make a difference. Luckily the engine is still pretty new, so hopefully it hasn't hurt it much or at all.
