Service AT in 9 days

I'm getting a message "Service AT in 9 days". What does this mean?

I am familiar with the A1 and B0 type messages but "Service AT in 9 days" sounds different. If it is AT as in automatic transmission, then I am at just over three years since I did an AT fluid and filter change and 23,000 miles since then. Maybe it needs something at three years and it took me extra days back then to reset the counter.
Ot maybe AT doesn't mean Auto tranny and I'm misreading this thing.

It's due for Service A with additional items. I've never seen T, so not sure what that entails. Usually the service letter is either by itself if it's just a standard service or followed by a number to indicate additional items due at that time such as transmission fluid change, differentials etc. depending on the model. Since you have a diesel, T may indicate a specific additional maintenance item for diesel vehicles.

It’s not for the Diesel, its for the GLA250 with the Four Matic.

It seems a bit early for an oil change and it says AT like it means automatic transmission rather than A service with T subservice. I’ve asked the dealer for advice so maybe we will get a factory answer.

The T is definitely some sub type. There are no separate service reminders for the transmission etc. The service intervals for those always line up with an A or B service where applicable. For example with my AMG the transmission interval is every 3 years or 30k miles, whichever comes first, so every third service includes the transmission and it alternates between an A and B service. I had my second transmission service last year together with the B service and the first one was three years earlier together with an A service.

I contacted the dealer and the service manager said he had seen this before and it was just a distortion of the A1 style message. Nothing exotic. Nice to know.

I had a gut feel that it was probably a bug that failed to replace the T with the actual number somewhere in their code.
