Crankcase air breather for Mercedes , GLB

Is good to add crankcase air breather for GLB ? Can someone help me to educate more about more air breathers, how often we have to change the filter? Thank

To have engine cool less hot so less repairs on long term, maybe get little performance?

The crankcase ventilation system is sealed and uses recirculation to capture combustion products and volatile oil vapors. I doubt that Environment Canada would allow modifications.
