'24 GLB 250 - Check Engine
Not even 2 months with the car and today I got the check engine light. All seems to be working normal.. no loss of power.. etc.. When I got a check engine light on my '21 GLB the car loss power.. not the same now...

My EML has come up about 5 times now on my 72 plate GLB for a short time with no affect on performance.
First dealer checked and said nothing recorded on ECU.
Second dealer checked and said nothing saved on ECU but it came up again today and then cleared later.

Have you changed cylinder head on this car? Most likely the cause if it was not done yet.
P.S. Sorry, I did not notice that your model was 2024. Supposedly MB uses new cylinder heads starting 2024 model year.

The dealer told me there was no code stored and they reset the SW .. guess what.. got the car back today.. and couple hours later check engine light ON again. Back to the dealer tomorrow...

By the way I had an OBD2 scanner that I used with my RV... and the tool spit the VIN Number etc.. but also comes blank without codes. What can trigger CEL without codes? Weird. The only after market piece that I have in the car are the puddle lights in both front doors... not sure if that will cause the CEL to be ON. And I installed those puddle lights maybe a month ago.

UPDATE: I went and remove the after market puddle lights.. and got the original backs.... after shutting down the car and starting the car again.. the CEL was gone. Maybe one of the puddle light connector was loose? Not sure.. I will wait a week or two before trying the puddle lights again.

Update Here:
Silly me thinking that the issue of my CEL was due to my after market door puddle lights. It was a coincidence that the CEL went away after unplugging them.. couple days later it came back on. I took the car to the dealer and after connecting the XENTRY they found a code U061F11 (Communication with Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 has a malfunction. And code U061F08 (Communication with exhaust Gas temperature sensor 1 has a malfunction and there is a signal fault or the message is faulty.
They replaced the upstream exhaust temperature sensor along with a cable having issues (not sure which one). Cleared all DTCS and here we are... let see if the CEL comes back again. Anyways updating my post here in case it can help anyone out there with a similar issue.
