Official GLC class picture thread

This is the "Official" X205 GLC-Class Picture Thread.

Do not post more than 2 pictures of your car.

Please post all pictures of YOUR GLC-Class, do not post pictures of cars that are not owned by YOU. This is better than browsing all the different websites looking for GLC-Class pictures and going to all the different galleries and clicking on each picture and then hitting the back button! It will be nice to just come here and scroll down the page. Let's try and keep this thread mainly pictures, and if you have a question about someone's GLC-Class that you see please PM them.

Please note: We have a separate forum for the X204, so if you own an earlier model please post pictures in the appropriate forum which can be located at the top of the main forum list.

Thanks, and let the picture posting begin!

NOTE:
Non picture related questions, i.e. functionality of equipment, options, pricing, etc., will be deleted without warning.

Thanks......still a mystery why they're just stacking up at ports in the US, but it is what it is.

At least I got to see one in the flesh this morning and I started a thread with pics to show others in the US.

Drive your new GLC in happiness and amazing health!

Thank you very much for your compliments. You are lucky in the USA. In Turkey, we have price increase nearly 5 times a year. In october, GLC price increased %4 and today %5 increased again. We are lucky that we missed the last price increase

That's terrible. Yes, in the US, typically prices are set at the beginning of the model year and don't adjust again till the next model year. And we can negotiate a decent discount from MSRP when purchasing.

Congrats! As is the case in the US, unless you pop for another $430 to get the front passenger seat with electric controls plus memory, you get a manual seat. Please tell me what adjustments are available for the manual passenger seat. Our GLC is not coming with the electric seat. I'm hoping you can at least adjust height on it?

Thanks in advance.......

Pretty sure US GLC's will have standard power front seats. However, if you want full-adjustability then you need to option the 14-way passenger seat option. Please show us where it states otherwise.

Even Mercedes hasn't been able to answer this question for me. If you look at the build a GLC on MBUSA, the 14 way power front seat with memory is a $430 option. If you don't order that, the picture of the interior shows no seat controls at all. That is why I was asking this person what seat adjustments he can make on the seat in his car. On other words, I don't think it's standard for the front passenger seat to be power at all. I do hope however, that I am wrong. As the GLC already built and just getting bird poop on it sitting at the port in Brunswick, GA., isn't coming with the $430 14 way power seat with memory.

Congrats on the new GLC - looks great! Love the interior color. We were forced to order the black interior, as in the US, the black interior is the only one you can order with the heated steering wheel. Seems strange, as we would have ordered your color interior.

Yup, I haven't been able to find an exact answer either. However, our 2012 GLK350 has the 12 or 14-way adjustment (driver-side door mounted) and standard power passenger seat (seat mounted adjustments). I suspect that the GLC will have the same layout for non-14-way passenger seats. Not 100% sure though. Does MB even have manual seats available in the US? Base GLA/CLA?

I believe on the GLA, the base seat for 2016 is non-powered. The reason is so the seat can be folded flat for extra storage. I hope this is not the philosophy with the GLC.

Now, the GLC I saw this week and sat in did not have memory for the front passenger seat, but it did have power adjustment. If ours comes this way, I'll be more than happy. I don't 14, 12 or even 10 way adjustable seats. I just want to be able to raise the seat and recline the back. That will be sufficient for me as the passenger in the GLC.

My guess is that the front passenger seat has power adjustment as standard, which I would guess would be on the right side of the bottom of the seat. There are some GLC reviews on YouTube (MotoManTV) that show an interesting feature. The rear seats, standard, are power folding and if you fold them down forward, the front seats in turn automatically move forward to ensure the back seats can fold down all the way. I think then the front seats, both of them, have to be power as standard.

Editing my original note because when I re-watched the clip on YouTube (2016 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 4Matic Tech Review), he has a model with power memory front passenger seat. But I still think that the front passenger seat is power, just not memory (as standard).

I certainly hope you're right. I don't need memory, but I'll be very disappointed to see a $50,000 car without any power options on the passenger seat.

Front passenger seat is exactly same as driver seat. Only manual adjustment for both seats is to go front and back. The other adjustments are with electric controls. (And of course height adjustment) Actually, it is exactly the same as W205 C class. I think if only one person drives the car, there is no need for memory pack. Make sure your car will be the same as ours

Thanks for responding and letting me know! In the US however, power seats (even without memory) have electric motors to go forward and backward.

We're going to have the best of both worlds. A 2016 C300 Sport and a 2016 GLC300!
