Keyless Hands Free Trunk Kick
Does anybody know if this feature is an add-on to the US productions?
I read the manual but the "kick" doesn't work mine.. maybe my package doesn't have this.. I thought this kick was included in the Keyless TM...

Kick as you put it is not included in Keyless Go by itself. It's another add on included in Advanced Parking Assist.

Can you adjust the height that the hatch opens to? It will open fully in my garage, but the mechanism on my garage door would be a problem if I ever closed or opened the door when the hatch was up.

Not that I've seen. It's open or closed. There is no in-between adjustment.

Actually, there is an in-between adjustment. The tech rep at my dealer adjusted mine so that my wife could reach it, then readjusted it because I would be hitting my head. I wasn't paying much attention, but he kept hitting the up/down button to make adjustments. I think he said the OM doesn't properly describe how to make the adjustments. Maybe someone who knows can chime in here.

Glad you found something. Seems to be what the tech did. One difference is that the GLC has a single "rocker" switch instead of two separate buttons even though the OM shows the two-button arrangement. Let us know if it works; will probably benefit others.

Yes - it works - the key is push stop right at the time the hatch reaches the height you want - hold that button down for 2-3 secs - until you hear "dong tone" beep confirmation from inside the vehicle - then let off the button - actually simple - just hard to describe accurately.
If you need to change that height - think of it as "height memory setting" - when hatch has opened at that preset/memory height - hold button down for 2-3 secs - you will get "double dong" beep confirmation the memory setting has been erased.
Keep the beat !

While this order is for a Canadian build, the Parktronic/APA is the same configuration as the US spec. I'm not sure why you'd be told differently, but you might want to double-check and confirm this for yourself.

Hmmm...weird, even the online build tool will not allow the APA and tow simultaneously. I actually had the rep check on it for me after we did the order and he confirmed they are mutually exclusive.
Anyone have a US build with both APA and tow?

I "think" the difference is this Advanced Parking Assistance here in the US has Surround View camera - what our Canadian is refering to is Parktronic with Rear View Camera - I think the Surround View Camera and Trailer Hitch on incompatible - RVC does kindof a neat rear back-up guidance line thing with Trailer Connected - since trailer goes reverse direction from steering angle of the vehicle ... my "thought" for now - keep the beat !

fabbrusd1 could be right, it doesn't appear that the package w/ APA includes a Surround View Camera. The Rear View Camera's definitely there (as part of the Cdn Premium package) but it might just be the Surround View Camera is incompatible alone with the Hitch. I guess I'll know for sure if the hitch and APA are OK together if they're both installed when I pick it up.
