MB GLC 300
mbrace Concierge and Entertain Packages
Waiting on delivery of my GLC (expected next weekend!) and need advice re: the mbrace packages. I know the mbrace Connect is complimentary for 5 years. I'm also interested in the Secure and Concierge packages. On the fence about the Entertain package; only thing really useful seems to be the WiFi. What has been your expereince with these various packages? What features of each have been worthwhile?

It's simply awful. Plain and simple AWFUL.
Here in the US (you don't show your location), you get a 3 month free trial. On both our 2016 C300 and GLC300, we terminated the service at the end of the free trial.
The reason?
Mercedes for some reason got stuck in the past and only offers 3G service, which is S L O W S L O W and certainly not worth the price of admission.

MB GLC 300
I do like the ability to get navigation directions downloaded to my vehicle "on the fly" while driving. I have this feature on our Lexus RX 350 and use it quite often. This feature is part of the Concierge package. I also have conciereg service through my Amex Platunum card, but they can't download directions to my vehicle (at least I don't think so!).
