Headlight Replacement?

The IIHS recently evaluated and rated headlamp performance. The GLC was not included, but the 2016 C-Class was. Of course, comparisons across these two model lines are not valid due to vehicle heights, etc. However, it's interesting to note that both the C-Class LED projector and the halogen reflector headlights received a "poor" rating. Although not in any significant way, the halogens actually slightly outperformed the LEDs in some test parameters.

After some consideration I've decided to take it as is. I'm sick of dealing with this dealer and I'm in a bit of a time crunch. Gonna move half way across the country in a few months so no time to mess around with a new build and the price is a little hard to swallow anyway. However I don't understand why Mercedes as a luxury brand still has halogens? They should at lest beHID like BMW and Audi even some civics now have HID😟

LED's on our Aussie GLC are fantastic. Worth every cent. We have bi-xenon on Lexus and Skoda (Audi A6), with cornering feature, had it on Jeep Grande Cherokee too. None can match the clarity or tech of these LED's. Great at cornering and shape shifting the beam to maximise driver comfort and visibility whilst respecting the Veh in front , of either direction.
Good luck.
