Buttons in driver door

I have seen two different videos on YouTube showing a European model that has two buttons on the drivers door where the rear-hatch toggle switch is on the US model. Look at this video and jump to 29:38. Right below the steering wheel, on the door, right above the cup holders.

I don't believe it raises/lowers the rear of the vehicle, if you have the Air Body Control package, because according to page 197 of the US Operators manual, the toggle to raise/lower the vehicle is in the rear cargo area.

Also, every picture of the driver's door in the US Operator's manual shows the two buttons (pages 32, 35, 66, 90, 96, 98, 110, 113, 114, 119, 120, 122, 308), but page 40, which shows the details of the driver's door, does not.

Does anyone know what that second button does in some of the European models?
