300 miles on GLC San Antonio Hail!
6 months wait for the car, 300 miles on odo, and this happens.....
And this is 2 weeks after the big storm that did 1.4 billion in damages.
It was 100 degrees and sunny 30 mins before storm, this is right outside SAT airport, the airplane I boarded had some hail damage on the wings but that was likely from the earlier storm that produced much bigger and intense hail.
Actually very surprised at the hail resistance, after about 10 mins of pea-marble sized hail, I don't see any hail damage on the car,
The hood front fenders and roof are all aluminum, along with the gas tank lid.
Different from the W205 c-class which has aluminum doors as-well.

Glad to hear! I got my GLCs a couple of weeks ago and there has been hail a few times now. I've been making sure the cars are in the garage, but sooner or later I'm bound to get caught without shelter.
