Hello all,
Anyone took advantage of American Express Platinum credit card current deal of $1,000 voucher to purchase a new Mercedes deal? I am thinking of using it to buy my GLC.

I do not use ANY fee based CC. I am going to use my $455 ( $500-$55) reward from www.mbca.org toward upcoming (hopefully in the fall) diesel GLC along with all benefits from ED program.

Here is my ROI calculation:
-$475 CC fee
+$1000 off for new Mercedes
+$100 off for Mercedes merchandise
+$200 credit for Alaska Airlines
Net of $825 plus I get 75k in American Express points which equate to about $1k in cash.
