Anyone watch this?

With the comparison of the GLC with the Jag and Macan the Merc looked like a donkey that broke at the end.
Was this just to the driver or the car being poor quality.
Should I rush to trade my car for the Jag which really looked impressive.

Btw the street race took place in my home city.

2017 GLC 300 W4 +Driver Assist(P03)/panoramic roof/Burmeister
I Trust this Review

I read your review was intrigued and found the video. I'm not planning on going offroad but having the extra HP would be nice. However, I found this review from Autogefühl and he does a good comparison. I'm getting the '17 (1 Gen July) with PP4 so it will have the air suspension which after watching this I'm glad it will have (plus the LED's!). Now I just need to figure out what fragrances to get since it is included as well.

Here is the GLC new video that compare a little bit to F-Pace

Here is a F-Pace video from the same guy

He seems to be more pleased with the GLC

I watched the episode and the guy driving the Merc had never driven an off-road vehicle before. He even admitted as much on the air. He was so bad that the other hosts made his passenger drive the vehicle after the second ditch incident. He didn't know how to activate the suspension system to raise the vehicle height, so he ripped the hell out of the underside of the vehicle, punctured the gas tank and basically trashed it by the end of the episode.

My take is if he had driven the Jag or the Porsche the same incompetent way he did the Merc, he would have trashed both of those vehicles as well. Put an incompetent driver behind the wheel of any vehicle and you're likely going to end up with a mess afterwards.

Should the GLC have a more powerful engine on par with the other two vehicles? Absolutely. Will Mercedes upgrade the engine at some point? Probably. All the luxury car brands are under constant pressure to up horsepower and squeeze additional fuel economy out of their fleets, while still selling at certain price points to attract customers. So who makes the most powerful, fastest and most fuel efficient vehicles in a price range will constantly change year over year.
