What Would You Ask for from the Dealer (Free)?
Folks:
My SA really screwed up in terms of providing wrong info about the delivery of my new care. The General Sales Manager was very nice and apologetic and told me he'd sell me the car for Invoice and would include 4 years service.
Fast forward a few weeks.
My SA still bad at communicating. I go to dealer on Friday, the car should be there. It's not. Long and short, promised that it would arrive Friday night after close. Saturday comes and goes. Sunday at noon I go to the dealership. ITS NOT THERE! And SA didn't think to let me know. And no idea where it is, why the delay, etc., etc.
General Sales Manager was very nice and apologetic and told me he'd give me 3 years service to make up for it. I said, "you already gave me that! And four years!"! (We get along very well.). He said, well, we'll find something to give you.
So. Question: what should I ask for?
Oh, and the car's STILL MIA, though again promised for tomorrow!

Extended warranty would be an awesome kick back to make up for your heart burn. It would run few Gs depending on the duration.

Go for the extended warranty. Worth more than the maintenance plan. Maintenance is simple on these cars if you have any mechanical appititude.
