How does the dealers check the name for the United Premier discount?

I think there are three discounts ($500 for 2017 GLC300) that might be applicable after the price negotiation: employee fleet program, UA Premier discount and USAA discount. My company does not have FLEET, and I cannot use USAA discount either.

My friend has a UA Premier membership, and he printed out a form with a control number on it (not a name on the first page). Is it possible for me to use that? Or benz will be able to check the corresponding person who generated the control number and decline it.

Thanks!

They are one per customer and the number generated corresponds to the customer.

Can anyone shed light on how much the United discount is and is it only for Premier members?

Thanks. Does this mean I cannot use the number my friend generated for me? The buyer's name has to match with the Premier membership owner's name?

I think only for Premier members. Discount is mostly like FLEET. 500 for GLC 2017 at this time.
