I just received my invite to the AMG Academy as part of the AMG Purchase Rewards program. So two questions. Is anyone else going to Lime Rock this August? Secondly if Mercedes considers this an AMG vehicle when is the GLC43 getting it's own thread?

Nice! When did you purchase your car? and who else has gotten one. I would really want to go especially if they do one at COTA.

So I was on the Driving Academy website and I could not find anything on the GLC 43, but I did see that C450 AMG and others in that class are excluded. I hope this is not the case for us.

Could you clarify your letter/offer a bit ?

Did your letter offer you "free" attendance for the"short" session - with the ability to upgrade to "full session" at additional cost ?

Or was your offer a "invite" which allows to to choose/pay to attend either "short" or "full" based on lower/higher cost ?

Just so I can get it straight in my head - keep the beat !

It says you 'may' be eligible, I thought the 43 cars aren't eligible but it may be different in the US. I hope it is for you.

Any AMG purchases in the US would qualify (within the last 12 months), and definitely the the GLC 43. I just got off the phone with them earlier today, and was told that it qualifies as AMG Purchase Rewards Program.

Mercedes Benz of San Diego. My SA Jose Garduno was very easy to work with, and really tried to get me the best deal. I have had my GLC43 for a little over a month, and Jose still calls to follow up with me, as well as I would call him rather than concierge for questions I have in regards to my GLC43, and Jose has always went out of his way to help answer any of my questions or concerns.

Don't pass up the opportunity to participate in the AMG Driving Academy. It will be a hoot.

You will be paired with an individual who has experience wringing maximum capability from the vehicle. And at the conclusion of the course, hopefully you will have soaked up this knowledge. As a result you will, in addition, be a much better, read safer, driver.
