2016 GLC 300 4Matic
Media Interface and iOS10
I have a 2016 GLC 300 with the tech package and Burmeister sound. I've always used my iPhone plugged into the USB ports to play music through the Media Interface. In the past few months, it started randomly "freaking out." It will play fine, then suddenly start flashing back and forth between "No device connected" and "Incompatible device" before eventually settling on No device connected. Sometimes it plays for an hour, sometimes it's 5 minutes. I also stopped getting text alerts through the car.
The iOS is up to date in an iPhone 7. I've checked all the connections, restarted Apple Music and nothing seems to clear the problem except restarting the car. I checked with the dealer and there are no alerts for a firmware upgrade.
Anyone else experiencing this or have suggestions to try?
Thanks!

1. In your head unit - do a full system reset.
2. Reconnect both Bluetooth Music + Bluetooth Phone profiles
3. Turn system off and back on - reconnect cable
