GLC without touchpad?

GLC without touchpad?
I've never seen it before and didn't know it was optional. Saw a picture of a centerconsole today just with the scroll wheel, there where no touchpad. Thought every C and GLC came with it regardless of Audio 20 or Comand?

Touch pad was standard in 2016. Made optional in 17. Comes with Command

Ok, thought it was something new. I am currently a 205 buyer and is standard, at least on this side.

I wouldn't mind one without the touchpad. I never use it! It would look cleaner without.

I dont have the touchpad on my coupe, but I've heard that the touchpad is nice to rest your right hand on, not for much else

I'm left handed so using it was like trying to right with my right hand. Doesn't work. I to use it as an arm rest. I also turned it off. Wish I could remove it!!!!

GLC 220D Urban Edition
Being a left hander and with a RHD model, it works fine for me, although i must confess the only thing I seem to use if for regularly is pinching and zooming in navigation mode.

2016 GLC300
Had a '16 with it, now a '17 without a touchpad. I like it much better without, a much cleaner look and it doesn't get in the way. Also, if you brush across it accidentally it doesn't change the station etc.
