250 vs 300

What's the difference between GLC 250 and 300 (petrol)? Is it just the ECU mapping and turbo boost? All internal are the same?

That's exactly what I am referring to. They are both 1991 cc but horse power is different.

Like with BMW, F30 320i and 328i has the same engine but some engine internal part is different (328i has thicker cylinder for higher turbo compression).

Racechip only has it for GLC 300 so wondering if it works the same.

I'm only seeing GLC 250 d (204 hp and 211hp). The only petrol is GLC 300 and GLC 43.

I believe their site labelling is wrong. See their drop down menu.

You notice that for 220d (163hp /170hp) and 250d (204hp / 211hp) each of them have 2 different power output.

As far as I know , 250d only comes with only 204hp, while the 250 petrol is rated at 211hp.

So the racechip for 250d(211hp) should be the one for the 250 petrol instead.

Just drop the manufacturer an email to clarify.

I am still under 3 years warranty for my 250 petrol, will only be getting the racechip after my warranty period.

Thanks. Will check with them.

Do you know there's any internal difference between 250 snd 300 (e.g. cylinder being thicker, turbo boost is higher, etc.)?
